Construction Management/General Contracting

We have the personnel and experience to handle jobs ranging from municipal water treatment facilities to food processing plants throughout the Western U.S.

• Estimating & Budgeting
  Timely and accurate cost estimating and budgeting are crucial to a project’s feasibility. Our estimators work with owners to develop accurate budgets for all phases of the project. In addition to estimating, we are skilled at planning and scheduling, value engineering, cost control and construction management.
• Project leadership
  Our experienced superintendents coordinate each phase of a project to streamline workflow.
• QA/QC
  We maintain comprehensive QA/QC programs for ASME, WABO and AWS fabrications, repairs and alterations. We continuously train and test our employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mechanical services
  Industrial Resources provides on-site structural steel fabrication and erection, piping and equipment installation and alignment for the industrial, marine and food processing facilities.
• Civil construction
  As a full-service contractor we do site preparation, concrete foundations and flat work, and grading and excavation in preparation for shell and core construction.

Fabrication

Our 15,000 square foot fabrication facility allows us to provide pre-fabricated components to your job site saving time and money in the overall construction process. Our capabilities include machining, bending, shearing, rolling and painting for:

Marine Construction

From fish processors and yacht retrofits to research vessels and yacht shadow boat conversions, Industrial Resources Marine Division fabricates and installs piping, tanks and equipment to update or complete the overall reconfiguration of marine craft.
