Job Title: General Laborer

Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Vice President of Operations, Foreman
Supervises: N/A
Essential Job Duties
- Work from heights and elevated platforms
- Operate equipment as trained
- Dig pits, trenches, and foundation preparation
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate construction site terrain
- Follow crew leads tasks
- Provide labor to any of our other crews when needed
- Preform general maintenance on vehicles and or grounds
- Prep site for welders and fabricators
- Work safely and in compliance with site rules
- Driver license in good standing preferred
- Be on time and present for all scheduled shifts
- Perform any such duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in working with all aspects of general construction
- Understand general construction techniques and installation methods
- Be proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
- Able to read and understand technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and endurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay
$20-22 Wage rates depend on experience and certification
